Stalactites in the Puerto Princesa Underground River.

A more than 24 km long cave

Contains an 8.2km long underground section of Cabayugan River

The cave includes major formations of stalactites and stalagmites

Several large chambers

Including the 360m long Italian*s Chamber

With approximate 2.5 million square meters volume

One of the largest cave rooms in the world

Until the 2007 discovery of an underground river in Mexico*s Yucatan Peninsula

PPS Subterranean River was reputed to be the world*s longest underground river

Early visitor from 1937

Unbelievable number of bats

This is probably the best picture I took inside the cave

It was inscribed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site on December 4, 199

I fail to understand what so special about this river

Do not understand why it was elected to the New 7 Wonders of Nature

Waiting for our ride back to Sabang

So many boats waiting

Rock formation nearby the PRUR

The process is too cumbersome, and the scenery is just so-so

The visit is just about 45 minutes and the transit/wait time is like 5+ hours

Cora

Getting my henna

Really like it
